What Data We Collect

Jupritual collects and stores the following types of data to power its features:

What We Don't Collect

We want to be clear about what Jupritual does not store:

• Message content — we do not read or store the content of messages (except for the snipe command, which temporarily caches deleted messages in memory only, never in the database).
• Passwords, tokens, or any authentication credentials.
• Personal information like email addresses, real names, or payment details.
• Voice channel activity or audio.
• Data from servers the bot is not added to.

How Data Is Stored

All data is stored in MongoDB Atlas, a cloud database hosted on secure infrastructure. Data is stored per-server — meaning one server's data is completely separate from another's.

The bot is hosted on Oracle Cloud Always Free infrastructure running in a secure Ubuntu environment. No data is shared between servers, and no data is shared with third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

Different types of data are kept for different lengths of time:

• Moderation logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Embed builder persistent button data is automatically deleted after 1 year.
• AFK session data is cleared as soon as a user returns from AFK.
• Server configuration is retained until the bot is removed from the server.

If you want your server's data deleted manually, you can request it by joining our support server. We'll process it as soon as possible.

Third-Party Services

Jupritual is listed on Top.gg. When users vote for the bot on Top.gg, Top.gg may collect data as per their own privacy policy. We do not control or have access to data collected by Top.gg.

We do not use any advertising services, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request what data we hold related to your server or user ID.
• Request deletion of your data at any time.
• Remove the bot from your server at any time, which stops all future data collection.

To exercise any of these rights, join our support server and open a request.

Children's Privacy

Jupritual does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13. Discord itself requires users to be at least 13 years old. If you believe a user under 13 has interacted with the bot, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as features are added or requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated through our support server.

Continued use of Jupritual after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
