By adding Jupritual to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're straightforward and written to be actually understood, not to confuse you.

Who Can Use Jupritual

Jupritual is available to any Discord server that complies with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using the bot, you confirm that:

Acceptable Use

Jupritual is built to help servers run better. You agree not to use it in ways that are harmful, disruptive, or abusive. Specifically, you must not:

Bot Commands & Features

Jupritual provides moderation, automation, roleplay, and utility commands. All commands are intended to be used responsibly by server administrators and moderators.

We reserve the right to update, change, or remove any command or feature at any time without prior notice. We'll do our best to communicate major changes through our support server.

Jupritual stores certain data to make features work properly. This includes:

Availability & Uptime

Jupritual is self-hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure and maintained by developers. We aim for the highest possible uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance, unexpected crashes, or platform issues may occasionally cause downtime. We are not liable for any disruption caused by outages.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to remove Jupritual from any server, or block any user or server from using the bot, if we determine that these terms are being violated. This includes — but is not limited to — abuse of commands, exploitation attempts, or use in servers that violate Discord's guidelines.

You can remove Jupritual from your server at any time by kicking it. Upon removal, your server's configuration data may be retained for a period before being deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Jupritual is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

Moderation actions taken using Jupritual's commands are the sole responsibility of the server administrators who initiate them. We are not liable for misuse of moderation features.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Jupritual after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
